Feature: Homespun

The above photo is what Homespun: Modern Handmade looked like a few weeks ago when my friend, Katie, and I went to help out.

This was Homespun the grand opening weekend.

Check out that sign!  It's gorgeous!  I'm still so blown away by its beauty.

Last Friday was the soft opening for friends, family, and vendors.  I attended and tricked my very sweet (he'll deny it) boyfriend, Kevin, into coming.  I was so impressed, because the last time I had been to the store, we were starting to paint the chalkboard walls and wrap display tubes.

This is a rare occasion - a photo of Kevin.

What is Homespun?  It's a retail shop, gallery, and classroom devoted to the more modern craft revolution.  Some of my stuff is for sale at the shop (to all of those that visited the shop last weekend, my stuff wasn't out yet).  If you'd like for your items to be sold at Homespun, visit their website and download the submission form.

I had to get this soap from Stinkybomb.

I just want to thank Amanda and Neal Taflinger for creating such an incredible space in Indianapolis!  You two (soon to be three) are amazing!
