Fixing Indoor Color in Photoshop

Match Color is a great technique to use on photos taken indoors.  You can see the difference it made between the two photos above.

Open your photo in Photoshop.  The first thing I do is create a Duplicate Layer (Layer -> Duplicate Layer).  This allows me to make changes on a new layer without compromising the original.

Now, go to Image - > Adjustments -> Match Color.

The Match Color box will pop up.  Check mark Neutralize, which will turn the photo very blue.  Use the Fade slider to reduce the effect.  I chose 50% for this photo.  Click OK.

The image could be left just like this.  I wanted my image a little brighter, so I boosted the Contrast and added a Gradient Map.  Hope this is beneficial to some of you!  :)
