Energy Bites


Low energy levels can be a problem with a vegetarian diet.  I was looking up energy bar recipes when I came across these no bakes.  They are so, so good.  If there's something in the recipe that you don't have or like, it can always be swapped out.  Be sure to keep the peanut butter and honey, though, or these won't hold together.
