Cherry Coconut Squares

This is a perfect summer treat, and it only takes five ingredients.

1 3/4 cups flaked coconut
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.  Press a little more than half of the mixture in a greased baking pan.  Top with the pie filling then sprinkle with the remaining crumb mixture.  Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.  Let cool before cutting into squares.
