DIY Crystal Pendant

This is one of the gifts that I made for my mom this Christmas.  I used a teardrop piece from a chandelier, but similar pieces can be found at your local craft store.

1.  You'll need a clear crystal piece (plastic), Mod Podge, paintbrush, scissors, a photo printed on paper, and a silver or gold permanent marker (optional).
2.  Cut your photo to the shape of your crystal piece.
3.  Spread Mod Podge on one side of your crystal piece.
4.  Lay your photo face down on the Mod Podge.
5.  Spread Mod Podge over the backside of the photo to seal the edges.  Allow to dry.
6.  Optional:  Once dry, cover the backside of the photo with a silver or gold permanent marker for a more finished look.
