Art Therapy




Simply put, everyone is stressed.  Some people run, cook, meditate, or seek counseling to relieve it.  Lately, I've turned to drawing.  It's a way for me to communicate how I'm feeling without having to talk about it.  The top two drawings have been cropped from the originals, because frankly... they're sad and too personal.  But I wanted to share these in case anyone else is struggling and in need of an outlet.  Maybe this will inspire you to create something.

Also, I am quite in love with the dinosaur version of me.
