Mini Greek Pizzas



After finally trying Greek-style pizza, I wanted to attempt making it at home.  I use French bread and top it with provolone, spinach, heirloom tomatoes, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, basil spice, and balsamic glaze.  It's really good, despite me being heavy-handed with the glaze.
