Oven Baked Pancake Squares

An easier way to make pancakes.  

2 cups Bisquick
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1 egg
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp applesauce
1/4 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 13 x 9 or similar size dish.  Bake at 425° for 10 - 12 minutes.

These are great to bake and freeze for later.  I pop them in the microwave for 45 seconds.  Instead of syrup, try microwaving a large spoonful of jelly for 30 seconds.
